How do I create an account?

You can create your account by going to You may register using your email address and mobile number.

How are items priced in GoCart?

Prices may vary online and in stores. Stay tuned for exclusive promos you can avail when you shop via Uncle John's GoCart.

What are the goods available at GoCart?

We offer an assortment of grocery needs and ready-to-eat meals at your convenience.

What is the minimum order value?

We require a minimum of P300 for each transaction.

Is there a maximum amount or quantity to order?

There is no maximum amount or quantity required. However, processing of bulk orders may require more time. Feel free to contact us at for bulk purchases.

Can someone abroad order and delivery locally?

Yes. Anyone can order in the site as long as the area where products will be delivered are covered by GoCart.

Can I request for substitute items in case some of the products I ordered are unavailable?

Unfortunately, all unavailable items during the picking will be left out. This is a system limitation at the moment. Watch out for this substitution feature in the future. Final charges to your account will be based on items actually fulfilled.

How can I get updates regarding my order?

You will be receiving email or text notifications regarding the status of your order.

How do I pay for my order?

You can pay using debit card, credit card, or cash on delivery. 

For debit and credit cards, you will receive two text messages. The first message will show the amount that you ordered and it means that the transaction is authorized by the issuing bank. For credit cards, this was already deducted from your credit limit while for debit cards, this was already deducted from your available balance. The second message confirms the final amount which GoCart will charge you with as we may have out of stock items which will be deducted from your final bill. The amount to be actually charged to your debit or credit card will be based on the tape receipt that will be attached to your order upon delivery. For credit card payments, you will only be charged by your credit card company the amount reflected in your receipt while for debit cards, the difference between the authorized amount and the final amount charged to your debit card will be released by your issuing bank in accordance with their internal procedure.

GoCart has no control over how long the excess amount will be reversed on your account as this depends on your bank’s policies.

Do you offer installment payment plans? 

Installment Payment Plan is currently not available. 

Do you accept Gift Cards and Gift Certificates as form of payment? 

Unfortunately, we do not accept Gift Cards and Gift Certificates at the moment.

Can I use my Robinsons Rewards or Get Go card?  

GoCart can now credit points to Robinsons Rewards loyalty program. We will announce any updates should we be able to include Get Go loyalty program already.

Do you give Senior Citizen / PWD discount?  

We cannot offer the Senior Citizen / PWD discount. Currently, there is no policy in place for senior citizen discounts applied to online transactions. Nevertheless, we will abide with government regulations should this be updated.

Do you honour VAT Exemption Certificate (VEC) or VAT Exemption Identification Card (VEIC) issued to foreign nationals?  

Currently, we don’t have the facility in place to verify certifications in the system.

What areas do you currently serve? 

We are now serving Metro Manila and some parts of Marikina. We are continuously expanding our serviceable areas. Follow us on facebook at for updates. 

What are your delivery hours?  

Our regular delivery hours are from 8 am to 7 pm. You can choose your preferred schedule upon checkout. 

How do I know if you received my order? 

All successfully placed orders are verified within 24 hours. An SMS/Email confirmation will be sent to confirm your orders. 

Can I change the delivery address of my order? 

The shipping or delivery address indicated in the order can no longer be changed. In case of errors in the address, please email at least 24 hours before your chosen delivery schedule to cancel your order.  

Are there shipping and delivery fees? 

We have a standard fee of P100 for deliveries within the published coverage areas.

Do you accept item replacements?

For any replacement concerns, kindly send an email to Our dedicated customer service staff will get back to you within 24 hours. Please refer to below general item replacement conditions:

For Ready-to-eat items, Uncle John's will not be accepting any returns.

Under the IRR (Implementing Rules and Regulations) of R.A. 7394, The Consumer Act of the Philippines, a change of mind on the part of the customer does not entitle you to a refund or exchange.

The prohibition of the "No Return, No Exchange" does not apply if the product bought is in perfect condition or has no defect.

Customer should report the product return within 1 day (or less than a day for ready-to-eat) from the date of purchase.

Please present the following requirements for return or exchange:

  • Original Uncle John's receipt
  • Original package in good condition and not yet opened with attached price tag

For merchandise returns that do not meet the general return or exchange conditions, store accepts such returns within seven (7) days upon purchase as a gesture of goodwill, provided that the item being returned is complete and in its original and resalable condition.
